Umrah travel packages all inclusive? Difference between Hajj and Umrah: Both seem similar in the start. Umrah can be performed in less than a few hours while Hajj is more time consuming, and involves more rituals. The pilgrimage, conducted over five days, includes numerous detailed rituals including wearing a special garment that symbolizes human equality and unity before God, a circular, counter-clockwise procession around the Kaaba, and the symbolic stoning of evil. Kaaba (Ka’bah), a cube-shaped structure draped in black silk, is the most sacred shrine of Islam and the chief goal of the pilgrimage.
The CDC and World Health Organization recommend these vaccines for Hajj: hepatitis A, typhoid, meningitis, hepatitis B, and rabies. Proof of meningitis vaccination is required to take part in Hajj. Routine immunizations against diseases like measles or pertussis are also recommended if you have not received them. Note: At the Ending of Hajj 2019 season, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah had announced Tourist e Visa. According to which, Muslims could visit Saudi Arabia and do Umrah after getting Tourist e Visa. Ministry didn’t give any statement to do Hajj through Tourist e Visa yet. So, if you have any question in your mind then we will recommend you to read it. Can Do Hajj On Visit Visa?

Hajj means “head for, visit, continuously go, and visit an important and honourable place.” As an Islamic term hajj means the worship done in the Dhul-Hijjah (month) of pilgrimage which is one of the lunar months by completing some spiritual duties by their conditions and approaches properly in Qa’ba, Arafat, Muzdalifa and Mina. Also, Hajj Customs are called “Manasiku’l Hajj.”And those who visit those holy places in certain times are called “Hajji.” Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam It is obligatory for each Muslim, regardless of male or female, nation, colour, language, country, and culture, provided that he/she is financially and physically able to do.
The Umrah is a pilgrimage to Mecca that can be undertaken at any time of the year. Umrah is not considered as compulsory as Hajj, but it is highly recommended in Islam. There are two different types of Umrah. Umrah can be combined with the Hajj (called Umrat al-tammatu) or taken independently of the Hajj (called al-Umrat al mufradah). Umrah was suspended in 2020 due to fears over the coronavirus disease (COVID19) spreading. In September 2020, the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah in Saudi Arabia announced that Umrah will gradually be recommenced from 04th October 2020; initially for pilgrims residing inside Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims from outside the country will be able to perform Umrah starting from 1st November 2020 based on a phased approach. See even more info on here.
